I-Tech’s Nomination Committee appointed

The main purpose and responsibility of the Nomination Committee is to make proposals regarding the number of Board members to be elected by the AGM, the remuneration of the Board, the Chairman and other members of the Board, the Chairman of the AGM, the election of auditors and auditors' fees, and the principles of the Nomination Committee for the 2025 AGM.

The process of asking shareholders if they wish to appoint a member of the Nomination Committee has now been completed. For the 2025 Annual General Meeting, the Nomination Committee consists of Tomas Tedgren, appointed by I-Tech's largest shareholder Pomona-gruppen AB, Oscar Bergman appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder and Anna Sundberg appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder. Futur Pension, the second largest shareholder, has refrained from appointing a member. Anna Sundberg has been appointed Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

In order for the Nomination Committee to be able to consider the proposals received with sufficient care, proposals should be submitted by 31 January 2025. The Nomination Committee's proposals will be presented in the notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting and on the company's website.

I-Tech AB's Annual General Meeting 2025 will take place on 15 May 2025 in Mölndal. The venue will be communicated at a later date.
